The lovely Stella is returning to teach beginners crochet! All the materials you will need are included in the price above.

Tutor bio:

Artist, teacher and researcher Stella Adams-Schofield work with textile, text and time-based media to explore the processes, people and places connected with textile making, use, and care.
After completing an MA in Contemporary Applied Art at the University of Cumbria in 2010, she has exhibited regularly in national and international exhibitions.
Stella has always loved discovering new textile techniques, and, as an experienced teacher, she enjoys passing on her knowledge and skills to others.   

Skills required: This is a beginner class. No previous experience is necessary.
What you’ll leave with: You will learn how to crochet (see class details below), read patterns and leave with a pair of wrist warmers. (Or almost a pair!) 

The class will be divided into three sessions;

Wednesday 5th June 6:30 - 8:30pm

Class 1: In the first class we will work on a sample of chain and UK double crochet.

Wednesday 12th June 6:30 - 8:30pm

Class 2: In the second class we will crochet wrist warmers which will introduce UK treble crochet and how to read a crochet pattern.

 Wednesday 19th June 6:30 - 8:30pm

Class 3: In the final class we will learn to work in the round and use a schematic pattern whilst crocheting a granny square or a flower motif.

Materials are included and will be the following:

1 x 50g ball West Yorkshire Spinners Pure Bluefaced Leicester - your colour choice

1 x KnitPro Waves Crochet Hook 3.5mm
