Cafeteria Cosy Kit by Ruth Matthews
Would you like to have a go at making a steek in a quick and easy project?
A steek is used when knitting a flat project in the round, and then cutting through and securing the steek stitches at the end of your project. Sound scary? Ruth has designed a cafeteria cosy, in two sizes, to enable you to complete all the stages of steeking, which you could then confidently use in larger projects such as a cardigan. This kit will enable you to give steeking a try - and you will create a cosy to keep your coffee warm in the process!
The kit contains:
Jamiesons of Shetland - Spindrift 4 ply
Midnight x 1 ball
Leprechaun x 1 ball
Ivory x ball
Dewdrop x 1 ball
You will also need:
3mm needles suitable for small circumference
1 or 2 buttons
ribbon
Scissors (of course!)
