If you place more than one order close together, we will try to combine your orders and refund the duplicate postage amount, but CANNOT guarantee that - please don't rely on it.

When placing an order please provide an email address on which you can be contacted in case of any issues. In the event of an issue arising with your order you will be contacted for your input regarding the resolution. If after one week we have not received a response, our discretion will be used to select an appropriate resolution. We will only contact customers by email and will not utilise any other messaging platform. Please ensure that our email address has been marked as safe with your email provider so that order notifications do not get discarded as spam.

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; usually taking two to five working days. Please note that at busy times, e.g. after an update, it can take longer - we are a very small team. We are not able to offer same day shipping.

Please remember that the postal service can get delayed, and our Post Office don't always get through all of our post within the day, which can further delay parcels at busy times. 

Items on the website are in stock for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise stated. 
If your order has not arrived within 28 days (UK) or six weeks (international) please contact us and we will assume it is missing. We can then either replace it or refund you.

We shall not be held responsible for failure of delivery where an incorrect address has been provided and additional charges may apply for redelivery of an order.
