The Devon based company buy fleece from alpaca breeders all around the UK - hand grade it on the farm and it's then processed and worsted spun in mills up here in the North. Alpaca fibre is known for its silky feel, weightlessness and warmth - its essential to swatch as alpaca can lengthen after washing.
